Lara is a bali based movement specialist.
In 2013 she graduated as state- recognized Physiotherapist in Berlin/ Germany.
She started her career in a rehabilitation center where she especially gained new expertise in the area of sports injuries.
She mainly accompanied clients pre- and post surgery,
after knee-replacements, frozen shoulders, whiplashs.
Lara studied the Concept of APPI Pilates to offer her clients methods that focus on an active recovery.
Since then, she healed hundreds of people from chronic back pain and fatigue syndrome.
The spiritual influence of Bali, Lara's chosen home, lead her to become trained in Somatic Yoga Therapy and Reiki Healing.
A path that started off as a personal healing adventure. To be continued.
